Public EV charging ports.

Charging ports open to the public and currently in service, counted where the station sits. Ports rather than stations: a site with twelve stalls is not the same as twelve sites with one, and the port count is what decides whether you wait. Private fleet depots and workplace-only chargers are excluded because a resident cannot use them. Use the companion per-100,000-residents measure to compare coverage across populations, but keep this count in view: a tiny county can look unusually well supplied after dividing a single charger by a small population. A county with none is genuinely without public charging inside its own lines, though somewhere over the county line may be closer than somewhere within it.
