Lowest humidity by state
Average annual dew point.
This measure has no better end. The order describes the states, it does not rank them — see the other direction.
Average annual dew point temperature, the amount of water vapour in the air expressed as the temperature at which it would condense. Higher dew points feel muggier; unlike relative humidity, dew point remains comparable between cold and hot places. Sampled at the county population centroid from PRISM's 4 km annual grid, so it describes typical local air rather than a county-wide average.

Not ranked, because this measure is not published for them: Alaska, Hawaii. PRISM currently publishes this grid for the contiguous U.S. only; Alaska and Hawaii are blank rather than assigned a statewide substitute.
