Average income of arriving households.

Average adjusted gross income of the households that moved in, from their tax returns. Read it against the income of leavers: a county can grow while the people arriving earn less than the people going, which population change alone will not tell you. Adjusted gross income is not take-home pay and excludes untaxed income.
